About Me

Born and raised in Egypt, Cairo, I got my start in 2021 as a (Part-time Arabic account advisor) at MAC UAE for a well-known company called Raya, After 3 months after my start I was promoted to become (A full-time English account advisor), According to my excellent performance I take another promotion step to become (Order queue management) dealing with all of the stores in UAE, From her I found my ambition to start my new real career and learn more and more to become a Data analyst.
In 2022, I start a new challenge with a startup company called Taager as (Quality control specialist) I monitored calls and analyzed many data related to the company, For example, I analyzed many products data, Department data, Warehouse data,... Etc. Actually, my analytical skills Improving to become more advanced using Excel, and also I take many courses to become more and more incredible to can use it in the company.
Now in 2023 I accept a new challenge as operation specialist at robobsto which manage day-to-day operations, Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards,Interact with customers if needed, answer questions, and resolve issues.... Etc.
Now I Achive my goal as Data Analyst at robosto delivery company to track all the shipping data to can take the right decisions and gain more customers in the future.
Let's begin a new journey as RTM at Majorel Egypt with workforce department as I monitor agent schedule adherence using real-time adherence software and call out non-adherent events to Operations and many several tasks.
Also I’m excited to be taking on a new challenge with Data Camp with fully funded subscription for 1 year and also learn more analytical tools to reach a higher level in this career.
